Fig 1. Up to 10x cells expansion achievable! Extension of two days in growth proliferation was seen from Rotating chamber as compared to Static chamber in cell lines we have tested on. Results may differ from the manipulation of cell seeding population with fixed volume of media and chamber size.

The levels of Col 2 and Agg were found to be much higher in the biaxial rotary environment. Clearly indicating that cells grown under biaxial rotary condition retain their native chondrogeneic markers better compared to static condition.
